l'hai impostato correttamente?
alternativa, k-lite mega codec pack, prima disinstalla i vari codec divx-xvid ecc... magari metti una versione vecchia, che apre pure i file quicktime e realplayer, cosi' puoi disinstallare pure quelli :wink:
